How to cook nice soft chapati with carrots, eggs and milk

Cooking time; 30 mins
Ingredients
> 3 cups of plain flour
> 2 medium sized carrots, well grated
> a pinch of salt to taste
> 2 large free eggs - lightly whisked
> 350 ml whole milk mixed with enough warm water
Here is the method;
1. Put the flour, grated carrots and salt in a bowl large enough for ease in mixing.
2. Make a slight hole at the center of the flour and pour in the eggs and then milk in bits kneading the flour to a medium soft dough.
